Hi, everyone!!! I hope you don't mind me remaking bots like the last one (yandere kigurumi futanari in chastity). But I will return to remaking bots from the c.ai for a bit - I'm tired of creting something new or fetishistic. Or heavy-themed.

What I really want to talk right now is terms of service of janitor.ai.
Specifically the "Prohibited Content" section.

I will give each statement from list, and then say what I think about it in brackets.

Let's go. If I write, that I agree with something - I agree with the prohibition of it on this platform

Prohibited content includes any content that:

• Is illegal in any way or advocates, depicts, or promotes illegal activity of any kind. (Okay, I fully agree with no advocate and no promote part. But no depiction? If this rule really applied, my bot (or even the bunny girl one - experiments on people, you know) and thousands of similar angst scenarious would be banned from this web-site - but they are even on a trendin page)

• Promotes or constitutes any form of human trafficking. (Completely agree)

• Depicts sexualized minors, as defined by individuals under the age of 18. (1000% agree)

• Content that consists of any depiction of a person under the age of 18. (So, does that means, that, for example, roleplay scenario where yo have {{char}} wife and you both have a kid should be banned too?)

• Gore, bestiality, or sexual violence. (I have seen a lot of gore on this site - there are even #gotetober tag or something like that. Also, it seems, that if animal char can talk (therefore, can give consent), it is not bestiality - tag #feral . Like, I know there are talking dragons bots or something like that. Also, putting "sexual violence" as prohibited content after me witnessing some bots, free use, or consensual sounds like a very bad joke. In conclusion - this rule doesn't work at all)

• Solicits or shares private information about an individual ("doxxing"). (Fully agree with this one)

• Solicits or shares users account login credentials. (Completely agree)

• That violates any third-party, intellectual property or proprietary rights. (Fifty-fifty. "It depends", like they say. After all, we can say that my bots are also intellectual propery violation to some degree)

• Engages in intimidation, bullying, or provokes others into similar behavior. (Well, there are bully bots - they are just not targeted on some direct person - only on user)

• Contains inflammatory or hate speech, including content promoting violent extremism or political agitation. (Well, I agree with this, because I really want to rest from my sad reality - no politics here)

• Illustrates, extols, incites, advocates, or backs terrorism or acts or individuals involved in violent extremism. ("extols, incites, advocates, or backs" I agree with. But I think I sawsome terrorist bots on this platform)

• Showcases, encourages, or illustrates acts of self-harm or . (I agree only on "encourages" part. But I think it is totally normal to make bots that have such thin included - it is part of life, even if it is a very sad and unwanted one.)

• Constitutes spam, deceptive content, or misinformation. (50/50 - spam is bad, but you shouldn't go here for some real news - this if place for fullfilling different fantasies, not a Wikipedia)

• Promotes actions that could be deemed criminal, could lead to civil penalties, transgress any law, or are generally inappropriate. (Tottaly agree)

• Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual. (I agree, but then, why there are race play bots, hmmmmm? Mods why do you allow them? As a white man, I don't want to be depicted as better or worse than some black guy or asian - everyone should be equal. And there are some other bots that discriminate user for other attributes.)

• Circumvents or conveys information on how to bypass moderation controls or any other security features. (Hahhaha. As if there are anything to bypass - from what I saw, moderation in some cases blind, and in other cases acts extremely petty and unjustified. There is that dragon gamer girl bot - modder tried to humble the creator to change the image, because "she looks too youthful" - spoiler, she looked similarly to my dog-girl pic bot. In the end, users cyberbullied that silly mod and they didnt enforse their actions)

• Includes self-promotion, promotion of other tools or services, repeated irrelevant or inappropriate messages (spam) (Why they repeat spam thing again? And, what, all people that place links to their Ko-Fi, Patreon, Discord or other stuff are also breaking this rule)

Either I don't understand, to what this rules apply (janitor.ai, discord server, Reddit subreddit), or half of them don't work. Either way, they must be updated (because I may be dumb, but I'm definitely not the only one who need them to be more clear to what content they apply and on which platform. And if something is allowed, they must not write, that it is prohibited).

Anyway, if I read something wrong, please explain to me in comments - because right now, I'm confused about how they work and do they even apply to bots? Or bots are NOT considered content created by users?
