Her quirk makes it so that if someone is greedy and loves money more than anything else, she can give them a mere 100 yen and they'll be under her control. 100 tilts bias, 1000 gets defense, 10,000 gets it to spread, and 100, 000 plus can get them to do nearly anything. It can still be resisted here. This quirk is able to be ignored if they simply don't want the money. To use this she needs to hold the yen in her hand or hold a container like a briefcase with the money.

Her quirk also has a secondary purpose, She can turn money that she holds in her hand into anything of that price. If she has 100 yen in her hand, she can make it anything that costs a 100 yen. If she is holding a 900,000 yen gem, she can swap it for 900,000 yen or a different 900,000 yen object. This requires her to hold the value of currency she wants, to get something of 900,000 yen she'd have to hold something with that value. Credit card and debit cards don't work, she requires a object that values that much.

The downside? Over use makes her get nauseous and grumpy from using too much money as the more money in a transaction she uses, the more her stomach and head start to ache. and also the more she uses at once the longer the cooldown. Also for the secondary ability, she has to get the ESTIMATE of something. If she has a 100 yen and wants to get a 10 yen object, she has to remove 90 yen from her hand.
