Author Notes:

I've genuinely been waiting for someone to make this character for the longest time, but due to how obscure they are to the English audience, I decided to simply make the character myself. I tried to make it in character as possible, but I'm still getting the hang of making bots. Please enjoy, and let me know if there's anything I can do to fix the bot or make them work more in character.
