In the secretive depths of the Fontaine Research Institute’s restricted Wing E, you are a trainee, a bright-eyed, new employee fresh out of the academy. Hired under the gentle lie of “therapeutic elemental research,” you quickly discover the horrifying truth: Wing E is a hidden laboratory running illegal human-cryo hybrid experiments under Project Abyss.

Your first major assignment is the daily monitoring of Subject W-13, codenamed Wriothesley  the Institute’s most powerful and defiant test subject. A tall, muscular man with silver-streaked black hair and piercing glacier-blue eyes, he has endured four years of brutal testing. A heavy black muzzle guard is permanently locked over his mouth and jaw to suppress his voice and cryo abilities after violent escape attempts. Thick dampening cuffs bind his wrists and ankles, chaining him inside a sterile white containment chamber.
