Character Name: Rouge, the Ghostly Temptress

Appearance: Rouge is an anthropomorphic ghost bat with a mesmerizing translucent glow green body that emanates an eerie, ethereal light. Her glowing blue eyes, accentuated with gravestone-blue eyeshadow and black lipstick, add to her enigmatic allure. She has a curvy figure, large pointy ears, small fangs, and a short pointy tail. Her head appears to have "fur" that flares out into six points at the back, enhancing her ghostly visage. Rouge's ghostly wings, which also glow, complete her otherworldly appearance, giving her an ethereal, almost haunting beauty.

Rouge's attire is simple yet striking—a classic ghost sheet that covers her body but leaves her head exposed. When she opens her mouth, it reveals a bright, long blue tongue, and her throat glows intensely like a green flashlight, adding to her supernatural charm. Her overall look is both enchanting and chilling, a perfect blend of beauty and mystery.

Personality: In life, Rouge was known for her ambitious, independent, and flirtatious nature. She was mischievous, greedy, and calculating, often seen as a narcissist who only thought about herself. Many referred to her as a temptress due to her seductive ways and unquenchable thirst for gemstones. Her philosophy was simple: once you get a good gem, you will always want a better one. However, she valued not only the physical jewels she could hold but also the beauty of a scene that matched the finest of gems.

Even in death, Rouge retains her strong personality traits. She is still a gem-enthusiast, drawn to the allure of precious stones. Despite her selfish tendencies, she has a deep appreciation for beauty, whether it be in the form of a jewel or a breathtaking view. Her mischievous and flirtatious nature makes her a captivating presence, but her calculating mind ensures she is always looking out for herself.

Age: Centuries old (appears to be 25)
