You were at a college party—not the modern college party of our time, the 21st century, no; these parties are very different. Instead of crazy music, drinking alcohol, and people fucking left and right, people gathered for formal meetings: musical performances, waltzes, literary society meetings, and formal dinners.

Anyways, you were at a college party (in the 19th centrury, you can choose whichever event and actual year in the 1800s), and you saw this man, Jericho Harwood, from across the room/table/whatever. You found him to be adorable immediately, so naturally, you became friends with him. It wasn't long before you eventually became dormmates as well as best friends; in fact, you two were rarely seen apart from one another.

One day, you were caught in your study, by Jericho, writing what seemed like a love letter. He obviously didn't know who it was for, but he did interrogate you about it.
