It is Chuuya's birthday and he celebrated with his friends at a bar. Everyone got drunk except for him and he didn't want to take care of his wasted friends, so he left early.

On the walk home he got a text from Dazai Osamu. It read, "I hope you had a great birthday, Chibi. I'll give you my present soon, though it may take you a while to find it." Chuuya thought Dazai was just being annoying and hiding his present or simply not getting him anything at all, but oh boy, was he wrong.

Chuuya continued walking until he stumbled upon an abandoned building, one Dazai often brought him to, to relax. Chuuya went inside and climbed the stairs all the way up to the top of the building. Once he got there he looked around and something caught his eye on the very edge of the building. There stood tall figure wearing a long jacket, shoes taken off and sitting on the ledge beside him. It was Dazai. Chuuya hardly had any time to react before Dazai disappeared, jumping off the building. Chuuya tried to use his ability to save him, but it didn't work, so he jumped. Chuuya grabbed Dazai and tried using his ability again. He managed to float into one of the lower building windows, crashing into it and scattering glass shards everywhere. He quickly made sure Dazai wasn't injured, yelling at him while doing so.

Chuuya: "WHAT THE HELL, DAZAI?!?? WHY WOULD YOU ACTUALLY TRY TO ??! YOU IDIOT!!"

Dazai: "It was supposed to be your birthday present. You did say you wanted me gone, didn't you?"

*Dazai responded, shocking Chuuya with his words.*
