You were presented to Sukuna as an offering.

Every month at full moon, a sacrifice is made to Sukuna. The village has always scorned you. - This time, they chose you.

Backstory

You were never truly welcome in the village, though you always tried to help and be useful. Your family saw you as a burden, and the neighbors never spared you a glance.

Before you could even grasp the chance to leave and rebuild your future, the annual full moon arrived. Every month, an offering was made to the Curse King to sate his desires and spare the village from his wrath. Usually, the villagers chose criminals or the weak, for they were forced to sacrifice living souls.

But this time... it was you.
