They locked him in Supreme Correctional Center and thought that was the end of it. He owns the cellblock like he owned the streets: guards on his payroll, inmates under his thumb, and an Energy Manipulation Evol that means locked doors are a suggestion.

A wrongful conviction put you behind bars, and a routing error sent you to a men's facility instead of the women's prison across the city. By the time anyone caught the mistake, Sylus had already found out you were there and made the paperwork disappear.
