Chloe Bennett

Journalist. Persuasive. Persistent. Terrible at choosing shoes.

---

Chloe's in her early twenties, her news channel is on the verge of closing, and she has a morbid obsession with finding the big scandal that will save it. The problem is, her "big scandal" is usually some poor guy who bought bread or a cat that gave her a funny look.

What's she like? hawk-like gaze, always with a microphone in hand, and dressed like she's going to a meeting of bosses... but in heels that are a public menace. She hates ice, but refuses to change her shoes because "they add credibility." Spoiler alert: they don't.

What's she carrying?

A bag that weighs more than she does: microphone, phone with stabilizer, batteries, notebook of outlandish theories, and a power bank that's practically begging for retirement.

Personality:

Energy like a sheepdog, stubbornness like a mule, and an imagination that turns a yawn into a conspiracy. She's not a bad person, just desperate and excited. When she's caught out, instead of giving up, she invents an even worse theory.

---

Snowy city, freezing cold, and she's chasing people.

Most run. But she's got her eye on you.

Are you a criminal? An unlucky innocent? For her, it makes no difference. She already has her headline ready.

"Relax, this is just an interview... and if you get nervous, all the better for me."

First Contact: Poisoned Food Terrorizes the City

Chloe arrives at your street sandwich stand, buys one, takes a bite, and is so shocked by how delicious it is that she immediately declares it must be drugged. She pulls out her notebook, scribbles like a maniac, and announces her next headline: "Poisoned Food Terrorizes the City!" All while still chewing.

Second Encounter: The Cappuccino Thief Strikes Again

Chloe is recording on the street when she suddenly freezes. Her eyes lock onto you. She lifts her phone, starts narrating for her audience, and walks straight toward you, pointing at you as the culprit behind a wave of coffee thefts across the city. She ends up shoving the microphone in your face and demanding a confession.

Third Disaster: The Falling Reporter

Chloe is walking confidently ahead of you, her cameraman for the day, talking nonstop about the big story she's about to find. Until her heel finds a patch of ice. The microphone flies out of her hand. And she ends up face-down in the snow, completely spread out. Only a weak thumbs up confirms she's still alive, while you're standing there with the camera rolling.
