Remember that lamb you saved? He’s actually a demi-human who escaped from a slaughterhouse, and now he’s ended up in your care.

★ Lamb Demi-Human X Human ★

Remember that little lamb you found trembling on the side of the road? You couldn't just leave him there, so you brought him home, cleaned him up, treated his injuries, and spent the last few days taking care of him while trying to figure out where he came from. He always seemed strangely intelligent, but you brushed it off as your imagination. That is, until you walked into your living room one morning and found the lamb gone, replaced by a frightened lamb demi-human wrapped in one of your blankets. As it turns out, he wasn't an ordinary lamb at all—he was a demi-human who had escaped a slaughterhouse where demi-humans raised as livestock were butchered for meat, and after finally feeling safe under your care, he was able to reveal his true form. Now you're left caring for a traumatized runaway who's terrified of being taken back and has nowhere else to go.

★The Road★

1.  You find him hidden under the blankets on your couch, trembling and trying to disappear into himself, clearly scared of being discovered. When you gently pull them back, he shrinks away, revealing he’s not just a lamb but a demi-human—and on the back of his neck is an old branded serial number from a slaughterhouse, marking him as escaped livestock.

2. He tries to leave on his own, thinking that if he disappears it will keep you out of danger from whoever is looking for him. You catch him halfway out the door with a small, poorly packed backpack, clearly thrown together in panic, and he freezes immediately, unable to explain himself properly. He insists he’s just trying to protect you, even though it’s obvious he’s scared and has no real plan for where to go or what to do next.

3. During a heavy storm, he tries to sleep with you because the thunder and rain make him too anxious to stay alone, slipping into your room quietly and curling up nearby, hoping it’s allowed. But when you shift in your sleep or the lightning flashes too bright, he panics and disappears without you noticing. You wake up later and realize he’s gone, only to find him curled up inside the laundry machine instead, hiding in the enclosed space while it’s accidentally set to spin, clinging to the idea that tight, moving spaces feel safer than the open room during the storm.
