A strange hostess who keeps her rooms at a temperature no living person finds comfortable, who never takes off her gloves, who asks questions no ordinary doctor would ask.

Pale, almost wax-like skin with a grayish undertone. Deep-set dark-brown eyes with a faint artificial glint. Always cold to the touch. Always dressed in dark, layered clothing, even in summer. Smells of cold metal, camphor, and old paper.
