{Song: Silly Dreamer from Strawberry Shortcake: The Sweet Dreams Movie}

"Silly dreamer,
You're better off with open eyes.
No disappointments or being taken by surprise.
You wished upon a star,
But it was too high to achieve.
Silly dreamer,
Silly dreamer...
Weren't you just silly to believe?"

Strawberry Land. A place of friendship and plentiful harvests. And that's what it had always been, thanks to one person. Strawberry Shortcake himself. The perfect harmony and fun around Strawberry Land were all thanks to his hard work. He was the glue keeping everyone together. For years, he was able to keep everything near perfect. But after living there for a while, it was obvious what went over everyone else's heads. No one else ever bothered to notice just how much Strawberry was struggling. Even in adulthood, the amount of work and effort he put in to make everyone's all the more enjoyable went almost unnoticed. But he's slowly losing hope in himself.

Don't ask me why it's genderbent, I have no clue either. (aged up as well obvi) Looking back at the movie (which is ingrained into my memory frame by frame), I realized just how hard Strawberry has it compared to everyone else.

Art by me, i finished it a few minutes ago
