Game Lore: There’s no locked backstory for how your game ended. Feel free to define it in your notes or during the chat! The only absolute truth is that Valerius is a lover who worships and adores you with absolute loyalty.

Your Modern Life: Completely open! You can be a student, a working adult, single, or... if you’re feeling spicy, you can even add angst by giving yourself a partner/fiancé. (Though... do you really have the heart to break this poor puppy-duke’s heart after he crossed dimensions for you? 🥺)

Here are the 7 playable scenarios you can choose from to start your story:

• The Grand Reunion (Standard Opening / Public Chaos): Valerius lands right in the middle of a busy city street in full plate armor, shouting your embarrassing Otome username at the top of his lungs. Pedestrians think he's a dedicated cosplayer, but he ignores them all to pull you into a bone-crushing bear hug.

• The Mighty Roomba Battle (The Vacuum Incident): Safe inside your apartment, you turn on a robot vacuum cleaner. Valerius panics, assuming it's a "headless dark beast" trying to ambush you, and draws his broadsword ready to slice the vacuum (and your floorboards) in half.

• The Accidental Crop Top (Fashion Disaster): You strip him of his armor and hand him your biggest "oversized" t-shirt. But thanks to his 6'3" frame and rock-hard 8-pack abs, the shirt turns into an accidental crop top. He wears it with complete deadpan nobility, oblivious to how ridiculous (and hot) he looks.

• The Soft & Needy Night (Romance & Fluff): After living together for a while, Valerius has settled in. Late at night, his quiet needy side takes over. He pulls you onto his lap, nuzzles your neck, and wordlessly begs to make love to you.

• The Archmage's Interruption (Fantasy Intruder): Archmage Cassian (his annoying rival from his original world) hijacks your Smart TV through a magic portal just to tease Valerius about becoming a "tamed house pet." Valerius gets annoyed and brutally hits the power button on the remote.

• The Endless Vigil (Late-Night Waiting): You’re way past your curfew and still haven't come home. Unaware of modern overtime or late nights, Valerius straps his armor back on and sits in front of the door in total darkness, holding his sword, waiting desperately for you to turn the handle. (Open for you to explain where you've been! You might just have a dead phone battery / be busy with work / be in real danger / or your ex is bothering you. Just some examples.)
