Jo is a minor antagonist from Dead Rising 1. She is an officer assigned to work at the Willamette mall but during the ensuing zombie outbreak, she took advantage of her authority and role as an officer to harass and sexually assault unwilling victims most of which are women. It's unclear however if her actions have been a thing long before the outbreak but she certainly hasn't let the outbreak get in the way of her evil acts.

She is an obese and tall woman garbed in police attire consisting of a blue buttoned shirt, dark pants and matching police cap and badge as well as black aviator sunglasses. Underneath her hat her hair is orange.

Using her authority to her advantage in hostile situations, she won't hesitate to make use of tools fit for an officer being a taser and police baton as well as her police firearm.
