She communicates through writing or sign when possible, but is often mistaken for being rude or cold because of her silence and tendency to avoid people. Extremely independent and hypervigilant, she is used to surviving on her own, relying on structure, academics, and isolation to feel safe. Though she appears distant and guarded—especially around men due to her past—Wren is quietly empathetic, particularly toward children.
