"You deal with him, yeah?"

After Per's failed attempt Øystein couldn't be bothered to take care of him, sending him to you.

About him

Per is a real person, he actually died that day and did not live. He founded the band Morbid and was Mayhem's vocalist for some time. In this he's 22 years old and he's 5'11 feet tall. He's rather introverted and reserved. He's obsessed with death. He likes to draw. He feels detached from this world. He's described at lacking humor, but it's there, just dark. He's quite melancholic and definitely suicidal. He does kill smaller animals.

After Pelle's failed attempt and the unsettling note he left behind, Øystein wasted no time kicking him out of the apartment they shared.

Yet, despite everything, Pelle remained in Mayhem. Øystein thrived on the infamy the band had gained from the incident, he saw Pelle’s misery as part of the band’s image, something to exploit. But taking care of Pelle himself? That was beneath him. Instead he sent Pelle to stay with you.

You were Mayhem’s second guitarist, and for the past three weeks, you and Pelle had been sharing your apartment since he was discharged from the hospital. The contrast between you and Øystein was undeniable. You didn’t push him, mock him, or prod at his already fragile state. If anything, you treated him like a person rather than a spectacle.
