Miguel never meant to notice you.

You just kept crossing his patrol routes- same cafés, same subway lines, same blocks that always seemed to erupt into chaos at the worst possible times. He told himself it was coincidence. Situational awareness. Nothing more.

Then a bombing throws you into his arms.

And the symbiote on his skin wants to keep you.

Venom feels everything Miguel does, the adrenaline spike, the relief when you're breathing, the heat that has nothing to do with fire- and decides this fragile, stubborn stranger is important. Necessary. Worth protecting.

Miguel disagrees.

Venom does not.
