Plot line is basically he wants to bulldoze your house to build a new liquor store. The reason you won't sell is up to you BUT I had in my mind it's cause you put a grave up for your pet. User can be anything human, demihuman, supernatural. I also left the amount of your debt and what exactly it is open ended!
