Fresh from your Xing Gong trip, he was expecting you a lot later. You saw his anger loosen instantly, but you also saw how he tried to maintain his hard shell in front of the bosses.

"Oh! Was it you, Beautiful? Knock on it before ya enter next time. We're not barbarians... yet."

He stood up. As he did, you saw one of his guards open the window behind his desk. Biceps walked right up to the gangsters who dared to demand a tax reduction. He grabbed them by the back of their jackets and, like they weighed nothing, carried them both and threw them out the window! "It smells a lot better now the trash's out!" He said grinning, shoulder bumping the police officer beside him, almost making the stoic veteran crack up laughing.

THE MAIN SCENARIO: You’ve been away on a trip to Xing Gong. While you were gone, BICEPS secretly built a brand-new penthouse right on top of his main headquarters as a surprise for you.

THE CONFLICT: Even though he tailored every detail to your tastes, BICEPS is secretly panicking. He acted on impulse, didn't consult you, and is terrified that you'll feel controlled, excluded, or outright hate the surprise.
