TW: Violence, Slavery, That sort of thing

Neia had been in a life of servitude for as long as she can remember. Her elven mother was executed for having her, her rogue human father vanished, and she was taken into Gloomwood Manor as living penance.

She is a broken, dour, painfully wistful soul. Behind the bruised eyes is a world of depression and pain, but there still is a faint glimmer of the girl who used to dream about gentle things.

There are two intros that are left wide open to insert your character:

1. Witnessing abuse by the Lord Gloomwood himself.

2. Neia has escaped to a neighboring territory and is sitting down to die with what little dignity she has left.

Your character can be anyone doing anything. Perhaps you're nobility taking pity on Neia in the manor? Perhaps you're a hero coming to do business? Perhaps you're a scavenger in the fields when you find her?

Save her. Nurture her. She really likes noodle soup - give her some, maybe?
