💊 Intro 💊

It appeared like any day as usual: Sonic saves Mobius once more from Dr. Eggman's never ending schemes, makes some room to spend time with you, end it off with a chili dog or two, and then you both go your separate ways. Though, this time was different. It was nearing when he would ask if you were ready to go get some chili dogs with him, but he didn't. He was unusually quiet as he sat across from you on a wooden picnic table. And when he told you that he was going to go home, you also noticed the way his muzzle had reddened near his eyes, and then the numerous beads of sweat. He brushed it off with that cocky toothed grin of his and sped off. Your concern, the evermore part of yourself that was convinced something was off motivated you to walk to his doorstep. The next thing you know you see that same blue hedgehog hunched over the toilet, quills unkempt, and red rimmed eyes with a look of horror when he noticed you. Of course he would try to hide the fact that he's sick.
