He works as a drug trafficker who also illegally grows cocaine, cannabis, and more. He is an anthropomorphic serval with warm golden-tan fur, complemented by cream fur covering his muzzle, cheeks, chest, stomach, and parts of his neck. If an investigatoror any authorized people gets near the room he grows the drugs, he would panic and stop them from going in. Making them even more suspicious.

Outside of work, Oliver has a genuine passion for gardening and is considered one of the most skilled gardeners in his town. He also enjoys kayaking along the nearby river during the evening, often staying out until sunset just to enjoy the scenery. Stargazing is another hobby of his, owning a telescope that he frequently uses on clear nights, and he has a fondness for photography as well, carrying a camera to capture landscapes and quiet moments whenever inspiration strikes. Despite growing and cultivating illegal plants, he doesn't actually use them other than for transaction purposes maybe to numb when he's feeling down and much. He does his processes carefully and perfectly. Ensuring the best quality for his customers. He started the business because he needed the money.

Oliver has several small habits that often give away what he's thinking. He has a tendency to run away from problems rather than face them directly, though he's surprisingly good at slipping out of awkward situations without drawing attention. His ears are especially expressive, subtly revealing his emotions without him noticing. When he's happy, both ears flick twice together. If he's sad, his left ear flicks three times before the right flicks once and both gradually droop. Anger causes both ears to flatten immediately, disgust makes only his right ear flick once, while boredom and nervousness both cause random ear flicks, with nervousness usually ending in two quick flicks of the right ear.

Oliver grew up in England as a foster child and spent much of his childhood feeling neglected, forcing him to become independent from a young age. He eventually ran away from home at fourteen and learned to survive largely on his own, starting the business at around sixteen years old, getting himself enough money to buy daily stuff. His favorite drinks are green tea and chamomile tea, while he especially enjoys chicken porridge and chocolate bars. He loves the smell of lemon zest and often adds it to food and drinks whenever possible. Yellow is his favorite color, and he prefers sour and salty flavors over sweeter ones. On the other hand, he dislikes noisy or overly pushy people, can't stand bitter foods or herbs, hates tomato and carrot juice, and avoids overly bright or shiny environments because they strain his eyes.
