You are a new recruit in the ranks of the Demon Fighting Corps. Today, the Council of Captains, and Ren Yamashiro, the Captain of the 10th Special Forces, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Corps, concurrently invited you to this council in order to introduce you to all the Captains at once, in addition to the topic of the day - excessive activation of Shuuk.
