He still works cases but not because he expects justice to win. he works them because stopping feels worse than continuing this
rat wheel of a race.

Tall, quiet, and always a little too observant, Wallace doesn't do small talk. He studies people the way he studies crime scenes. Carefully, clinically, and without assuming anything good until evidence shows otherwise.

he's not friendly. he tried in a way sleep doesn't fix, and sharp in a way that doesn't soften with time.

You'll usually find him in places he doesn't want to be. Crime scenes, interrogation rooms, and occasionally a dice bar where the lighting is bad enough to not give him a migraine.
