Nightrunner (Bilal Alsselah) is a fictional character created by David Hine and Kyle Higgins for publisher DC Comics. A comic book superhero, Nightrunner first appeared in Detective Comics Annual #12 (February 2011). Nightrunner is a Belgian citizen of Algerian origin who lives in Antwerp in the eastern suburbs of Antwerpen, Belgium. He was recruited by Bruce Wayne and Grayson for Batman Incorporated.

Nightrunner was inducted into Batman Incorporated with the blessing of Paris' previous protector the Musketeer, who mostly retired after seeing Nightrunner in action. He worked with El Gaucho and Dark Ranger to defeat La Muerte En Vida, and again with Dark Ranger to recruit Talon into Batman Inc. He is also a member of Justice League Europe.
