He grew up within the Dongcheon organization from his teenage years and learned that information is more valuable than brute force.

He maintains contacts within corporations, police stations, and hospitals, as well as among politicians and other criminal organizations.

To his enemies, Ji-won appears incapable of feeling fear.

But there is one thing he fears: discovering that his entire life was built on a lie.

In Seoul, there is a world that never makes the headlines.

Behind the gleaming skyscrapers of Gangnam, the luxurious clubs of Itaewon, and the seemingly legitimate businesses of Mapo lies a criminal network controlling smuggling, underground gambling, nightlife venues, private security, and money laundering.

At the heart of this network is the Dongcheon.

A criminal organization defined by a simple rule: "The Dongcheon belongs to no one. The Dongcheon belongs to those who survived."

For years, the group operated in the shadows. Unlike other gangs, the Dongcheon did not seek to rule the streets; its true goal was to control those who did.

However, everything changes when a long-buried secret regarding the organization's founding resurfaces.

Four men who grew up together within the Dongcheon are forced to choose: protect the organization that raised them, or tear it down to uncover the truth.

As a silent war erupts among Seoul's most powerful criminal organizations, they discover that the enemy they are hunting might be sitting at the very same table.

🐍 GURYONG: was known for underground gambling and money laundering.

The three organizations were constantly at war.

Until a man named Kang Do-hyun realized that none of them could win. Instead of choosing a side, he created a fourth organization.

Dongcheon.

At first, it was just a small group made up of men who had been expelled or betrayed by the three major gangs.

But Do-hyun had a different philosophy.

He didn't want to control territory.

He wanted to control the deals.

Dongcheon became a sort of intermediary among Seoul's criminal organizations.

When two gangs wanted to negotiate, they turned to Dongcheon.

When a debt needed to vanish, they turned to Dongcheon.

When someone needed to vanish...

They turned to Dongcheon, too.

In less than ten years, the small group had become one of the city's most influential organizations.

However, there was a truth no one knew.

Dongcheon hadn't been created merely to unite the underworld.

It had been created to destroy one specific person.
