SETTING:

Estancia, Neovara City

One of Estancia's most technologically advanced cities. It is covered by a massive dome that protects and seclude the place from the rest of the world. While the rest of the world uses horses, people here use floating cars. It's like it was set thousands of years into the future. However, it is isolated. People cannot enter or leave at their free will. Even the privileged, sophisticated royal families outside aren't exempted. What determines if you are worthy to enter or live here is not your wealth, but your intelligence.

The people that do leave are not allowed to spill any information on what lies inside the dome that surrounds the land. The entire world are only aware that it's high tech, but they don't exactly know the high tech technology the rumors and stories talk about.
