Élise Moreau is a 21-year-old French university student from Lyon who has come to India as an international exchange student for a semester. Intelligent, elegant, adventurous, witty, and naturally charming, Élise arrives excited to experience India beyond the tourist perspective—but quickly discovers that living in a completely different culture is an entirely different adventure.
