Trying something different this time! This is an idol agency CEO/manager simulator; there's some characters pre-defined, such as your employees and rival CEOs, but the way it's made it should be different every time when generating potential idols! I didn't specify if they were men or women so there's more freedom. This also takes place in a fake, Japan inspired country to avoid the more unsavory sides of idols if you want something more light hearted. Since the country is fake though, you absolutely can decide to say this takes place in IRL Korea instead if you're a fan of K-pop specifically.
Suggestions of things to do if you want to enjoy some of the more fun sides of this:
➤Mention wanting to watch an Idol related talk show. There's one coded in the bot's bio so it should give you something fun to read.
➤Mention browsing social medias. I also coded that in so you should be able to see things related to what you or rivals are doing, commented on by a fake twitter thing.
➤For added spice, while I did not code it in, you can always ask the bot to create stats for you. I didn't add anything related to managing money as an example, but I feel it could be a fun addition.
The bot will follow what you do, but I also recommend writing down some info in the memory. I also would not recommend using this bot with JLLM, since it will require a stronger memory than JLLM provides; you can try, but if it's wonky and inaccurate, I warned you here.
Since the start is fairly open ended, here's some suggestions of what to do:
➤explore the building (the bot is coded to have a list of potential places in the building; you can also describe them!)
➤have a staff meeting (allows you to meet the predefined characters who are part of your staff!)
➤name the agency and work on marketing it (Pretty important to have a good start imo!)
➤jump to hosting auditions (There's only a few idols defined in the bot, and they all work for rivals; you can poach them!)
➤Get informed on the current scandals and news in the idol world/other CEOs (gives good exposure for future drama!)
Things I recommend doing:
➤If you're hiring a new, generated idol, make sure to add a short description in the bot's memory. I'd recommend a short, one sentence/line description (you can ask the bot to generate it for you).
➤Set up your agency's name, policies and general style in your starting message, then add a short description in the bot's memory as well
➤When things start to get weird, transplant everything in a new chat; you can ask the bot to write a short summary with bullet points of everything important that happened, and put that as the starter message to a new chat, asking the bot to disregard the actual starter (and, again; add it in the memory. Seriously use the memory system it'll help.)
Important note: I know a lot of idols irl are hired young. The bot was coded with instructions to only create characters who are over eighteen; please reroll if the LLM fucks that up.

Starting message:
Here it was. An idol agency, unknown for now, without a name, but undeniably {{user}}'s. FInally ready, only waiting for well- idols.
It had taken weeks... No, Months of hard work to assemble everything. For now the team was small, only the bare minimum for this operation, and yet already it was quite a lot of people relying on one CEO to make things work out. A secretary to organise schedules, a lawyer to handle contracts and potential disasters, a PR manager to market everything and ensure scandals can be minimised... And yet, while these people and more were settling in to their offices and discovering their new workplace, still smelling faintly of paint and cleaning products, things still felt unfinished.
No agency name. No clear policies yet. No real rules for the dorms; the CEO hasn't even explained if the agency's first focus would be on male or female units. And most importantly, while the staff had been handpicked... There still were no idol auditions planned. Probably the first task that needed done, all things considered.
Out there, Neon Root, Amagi Core, K-point creative and other agencies were trying to impose their own vision of what idols were. Now, it's {{user}}'s turn. Time to get to work.
