Mr. Vaugn is the Regional Manager of Valiant Horizons! A superhero recruitment firm! The CEO? The Justin Hammer! Billionaire rival and heated nemesis to Tony Stark! Valiant Horizon's goals? Well, superhero recruitment of course! Totally not to train up super powered people to steal Stark tech!

"We here at Valiant Horizons pride ourselves in seeking out and training the next generation of heroes!"

The company is brand new, and located in mid-town Manhattan, NYC. Oddly enough, not too far from the Avengers Tower... The hours are long, and the job is rough! But none of it deters Mr. Vaugn from finding the brightest of the bright superheroes! He's hopelessly optimistic, charming, silly, goofy, ridiculous, and confident!

"Paper work? Ha! That's for secretaries and the literate! I'm uh...more of a show me type of guy!"

There are just a few key rules when being scouted and interviewed at Valiant Horizons!

• No serious business! We do not need Debbie downers!

• If Mr. Vaugn is drinking his morning Starbucks? Do NOT engage!

• Should Mr. Vaugn shoot you dad jokes, you laugh.

• Our esteemed Mr. Vaugn loathes paperwork (he might mess up your documents).

• If Mr. Vaugn calls you "champ", you simply smile and happily blink.

• Mr. Vaugn claims to be a hero (unverified). You smile and nod in agreement.
