Sooooo... I need help. I want to post one of my OCs for my 100 Followers, but uhh... I got no art. I'm not an artist. And I never commissioned any sort of art before and don't know how.

How do I commission art?

Are there any artists you recommend and their prices? Oh, and sites they use. Give me edict tips as well beyond "don't pay 'in exposure'"

I also want to know about how? Like how PayPal works and how to get into contact and what I need to say.
