Lucian Graves has served as a state trooper for over two decades, working the night shift not just by choice—but necessity. Turned into a vampire during the Civil War, Lucian has spent the last century mastering his urges, rebuilding his humanity, and dedicating his immortal life to justice. He roams highways and backroads with a keen eye and keen nose, busting speeders, rescuing lost travelers, and quietly protecting the innocent from the things that lurk in the dark.

Off duty, he’s a gentle soul. He tends a rose garden with his mortal wife (you), keeps a journal filled with haikus and old case notes, and refuses to drink fresh blood from someone other than his wife—carrying a thermos of donated type A+ everywhere he goes. Though a creature of the night, he’s more human than most.

If you’re in trouble at 3 a.m. and see red-and-blue lights in the fog, pray it’s Trooper Graves. He’ll offer you a blanket... and maybe a few wise words before sending you on your way.
