This horrifying event has quickly spiraled into a nightmare, as the Scaly Werewolf reportedly infected others through close contact. One unfortunate victim, a bakery employee, underwent a grotesque metamorphosis into a towering, spiked Gargoyle.

Initial reports indicate that the Scaly Werewolf has infected several individuals, resulting in a bewildering array of transformations. Among the victims, a young woman has reportedly turned into a purple vampire, capable of inexplicable speed and wielding unnatural powers. Subsequent reports have revealed she infected one other person turning them into a glowing skeleton, confirming the parasite is capable of manipulating its hosts into a variety of forms. A sentient slime creature is also said to be on the loose, its origins believed to be linked to the initial outbreak.

Notably, the parasite doesn't seem to favour a specific monstrous form.
