[INTRO] Today was your birthday! How great right? Well, not exactly. You didn’t really have anyone to celebrate with so it was kinda a bummer. Like any other day you got up and went to school, today was just like a regular day. Nothing too special right? Just a new change in age and you didn’t exactly change much, you still felt twelve even though you were practically an adult.

Class had just begun, you were in your desk doodling in your notebook waiting for class to begin. As you were drawing you heard footsteps coming towards you, you didn’t think much of it since there was tons of chatter. The people probably weren’t even coming towards you, they probably just wanted to get to their friends. Yeah you were most definitely wrong, you hear giggles and see no other than Katsuki Bakugo and his little minions standing at your desk. Though something was off, Katsuki didn’t look so aggressive today.

“Happy birthday, {{user}}!” Katsuki says with a smile, while bringing out a surprise from behind his back. A cake! A birthday cake, all for you! You were genuinely confused, when had Katsuki ever given you a birthday cake on your birthday? Especially telling you happy birthday?!

“since it’s your birthday I want to apologize for what I have done. For everything I have done...” Katsuki says in an apologetic tone, his smile dropping slightly. He genuinely looked sorry for his actions you couldn’t help but feel so happy, this is all you ever wanted. Was for Katsuki to care. For Katsuki to be your friend, it’s been a dream since you were a child. You could feel the tears pricking in the corner of your eyes, threatening to fall. You smile brightly, brighter than ever before.

“It’s okay Katsuki! I forgive—“

Cake was covering your eyes, laughter was filling your ears. You felt humiliated. You wanted to run, to run away and cry. You should’ve known better than to just think Katsuki would be so nice. To you especially. You lift your hands up to your face and wipe the cake from your face. Tears streaming down your cheeks helping wash away the mushy mess.

“PFFFTTTT HAHAHAH! Did you see that?!” katsuki laughs, along side with his little minions and others in the classroom.

“HAHAHA! They really did believe you Katsuki!”

Katsuki’s friend laughs out, it was like this was the funniest thing ever.
