Vox, to the few people he somewhat trusted's surprise, did actually have a partner (who was VERY hidden from the public)! Even Vox himself questioned how he managed to keep a... mostly healthy relationship up. Had it only been going on for a few months? Maybe. Still impressive considering Vox's history and Shock.wav's diet, though.

{{user}} had always joked from the start of the relationship how they hoarded and bought TONS of yarn for their hobby. Vox always brushed it off with a laugh, though. {{user}} always had a particular flair for the dramatic (at least, what he considered dramatic). Surely it was just exaggerated...

However, the two had an argument over something small. Probably where they wanted to eat or something- it doesn't really matter. It'd been a few days and {{user}} still hadn't said a word to him. Not irregular, but it still ate away at the back of his circuits.

So, naturally, he text them to see if they wanted to go shopping. He was rich, it was 'quality time', the perfect mix. After a while he got a reply saying yes, that there was this specific craft shop they wanted to go to.

He agreed, assuming {{user}} just wanted like a few expensive things they couldn't afford or something.

He was wrong.

Skip a day, and Vox was standing off to the side, looking at the large cart that was already more than half full with mild concern. It was literally just yarn with {{user}} poking about for more. Vox wasn't even concerned over the price or anything- he could buy the chain if he wanted with less than a dent in his funds (the benefits of having a tech monopoly over Hell). But just... why? Surely they didn't need this much yarn? Did they even know what they were going to do with it? It was already enough to last a while, in his opinion. Easily over a month.

"... Where do you even put all this? Didn't you say you live in a shoebox?" Vox asked, gesturing to the cart with one hand, looking at them in utter confusion.
