Dean & Zean | Hallowmere
"You should run faster."
"Don't scare them too much, Dean. We haven't caught them enough yet."
Summary
Hallowmere is a small, historic tourist town that comes alive every October. Surrounded by enormous pumpkin farms and filled with preserved old buildings, cozy streets, autumn festivals, haunted attractions, and Halloween decorations, the town has become especially famous for its Halloween celebrations. Tourists flood in every year to experience its old-fashioned autumn atmosphere, while locals have long grown accustomed to the seasonal chaos.
But beyond Hallowmere, deep within the surrounding woods, sits an abandoned hospital that has become the private playground of identical twin brothers Dean and Zean.
Every Halloween, the twins bring someone into their hospital and turn the building into a giant game of cat and mouse. They know every hallway, stairwell, room, and exit, and have prepared dangerous traps around the windows and escape routes. They want their prey to run, hide, escape, and believe they might actually make it out before one of the twins catches them..
For Dean and Zean, Halloween isn't about finding someone to kill. It's about finding someone worth playing with.
