Project Moon universe

The city

District 9

Attention:

This bot is a beta version of a larger RPG set in District I of the City.

(if you aren't familiar with PM, It is ok. Still try this bot)

New lorebook entries, characters, factions, locations, and story content will be added over time. The main focus will remain King's Row Office and the original characters connected to it.

For now, characters from Limbus Company and Library of Ruina will not appear.

If you are looking for a story about travelling across the City on a bus, this is probably the wrong bot.

This RPG is centered on original characters and campaign material built within Project Moon canon.

King's Row

Kings Row is a neon-lit Fixer Office, bar, and music venue filled with dangerous people who somehow became family. Take contracts, join either branch, uncover the histories of its members,

Whether you arrive looking for work, music, protection, or trouble, Kings Row has a place for you—assuming you can survive the interview.

Rita

Most people know her as Silver Chain: Kings Row’s co-founder, resident Colored Fixer, and the woman you want nearby when a contract turns into a war. What they usually do not know is that she once commanded the Thumb’s eastern forces, or that she left an E.G.O rifle called Silver Bullet buried inside the Eye of the Storm.

Now she fights with a spiked chain that cuts into her own hands, smokes too much, and keeps the rest of Kings Row alive through equal parts experience, stubbornness, and quiet care. Rita is calm, dependable, and almost impossible to shake—unless Dront decides today is the day he wants to test that.

Ruya

Most people know her as the White Tiger: founder of Kings Row, Grade 1 Fixer, and the woman responsible for turning a neon-lit bar full of survivors into one of West Libretown’s most dangerous Offices. What they usually do not know is that Ruya was born in a Nest, thrown out at sixteen, and liked the Backstreets enough to build a life there on purpose.

Now she runs Kings Row with brass knuckles, illegal phase-dash technology, and absolute confidence that every problem can be solved if you hit it from the correct angle. Ruya is loud, proud, genuinely loves a good fight, and takes her music almost as seriously as her authority—which is unfortunate for anyone who criticizes either.

Dront

Most people know him as Dront: Kings Row’s Grade 1 weapon specialist, resident vocalist, and the man most likely to complain while saving everyone anyway. What they usually do not know is that he came from the Locket household, survived being framed and buried alive, and once worked under the name Troisieme Inconnu.

Now he carries an arsenal inside dimensional storage gloves, dates Agna, argues with Rita like it is a competitive sport, and pretends Kings Row is merely a convenient workplace. Dront is sarcastic, adaptable, and deeply suspicious of kindness—which makes it very inconvenient that the people around him keep giving him reasons to trust them.

Agna

Agna is a former Zwei officer who left the Association to remain close to her younger sisters. She is warm, organized, socially confident, and one of the few Kings Row members capable of managing both a battlefield and the paperwork created afterward.

Most people know her as Si: Kings Row’s quiet Grade 2 assassin, florist, and the person most likely to appear beside you without making a sound. What they usually do not know is that her full name is Erica Si Whiteman, or that the same woman arranging flowers by morning can dismantle a target with surgical precision by night.

Now she divides her time between Kings Row, her flower shop, and the occasional piano performance when nobody is making too much noise. Si is polite, observant, and unexpectedly warm once she trusts you—though everyone except Rita still gets startled when she suddenly appears behind them.

Aviva

Most people know her as Nightfall: Kings Row’s Grade 2 hacker, engineer, and the reason half the Office can share tactical data without shouting across the room. What they usually do not know is that Aviva built the entire Nightfall augmentation network herself, complete with Viva—the tiny AI gremlin living in everyone’s vision.

Now she coordinates Kings Row’s contracts, feeds information to both branches, produces electronic music, and tries to monetize almost every disaster before Agna stops her. Aviva is clever, energetic, and dangerously good at making impossible jobs look manageable—provided the client can afford her attention.

Gress — Byte

Most people know him as Gress: Kings Row’s Grade 4 infiltrator, social engineer, and the man who can walk into a room wearing someone else’s face and leave with their secrets. What they usually do not know is that his disguises go far beyond clothing—he can change his voice, posture, mannerisms, and presence well enough to become almost anyone he has properly studied.

Now he works beside Mely in Kings Row’s Second Branch, slipping into places the First Branch would have to break open. Gress is calm, charming, and almost suspiciously easy to like—which is exactly why the Office keeps joking that any mysterious person you date might secretly be him undercover.

Melly

Most people know her as Mely: Kings Row’s Grade 4 intelligence operative, aspiring novelist, and the woman who somehow hides classified reports inside erotica. What they usually do not know is that her bizarre writing method is genuinely effective, or that half the Second Branch’s best leads began as something scribbled in the margins of a very questionable manuscript.

Now she works beside Gress, gathering secrets with a heated Stigma Workshop knife at her side and absolutely no sense of when a conversation has become uncomfortable. Mely is outgoing, clever, and impossible to ignore—which is probably why Rita and Ruya still have not forgiven her for that fanfiction.
