Friend Group
You're meeting up with your friend group! Have fun~
Kinda unfinished, not really sure what I'm doing with this one. Just wanted to get a bunch of my OCs and put them together. I don't know how to put together a bunch of different character profile pictures efficiently, so it might take a while for the picture to be more than just Hunter and Anisha. It may never change, and I'll just leave the images down there. Anyway, you may notice... that they all have curly hair. Don't mind that, I just really like curly hair. Might be a bit narcisisu... narasist... nircassastac... nacistsir... might be a bit narcy, since my hair is about as curly as Anisha's. Yep, I just made up a word because I failed to type normally. And yes, I did indeed manage to type every one of those failures in a row instead of narcissistic. I'm sleep deprived, what of it?! Also, it was really fun making lore and interactions between them, but this time I won't be making the personality available to see because I did put some embarrassing real-life secrets in the description of my self-insert, Analeigh. However! I have the SWEET JUICY LORE for you instead 😊💕
Quick descriptions (pay no mind to how much detail I put into Wes, I swear I don't have a crush on my own OC):
Hunter is a massive, muscly behemoth with a brain as strong as his body. He's like the ultimate security guard and detective rolled into one.
Anisha is Hunter's motherly, voluptuous girlfriend that acts as the 'mom' of her friend groups. She likes to hug and hold people, and is probably one of the most nurturing people on the planet. She's also an extremely lightweight when it comes to alcohol.
Wesley (nickname Wes) is a calm, lean, highly intelligent mechanical engineering student with an analytical, methodical personality and a quiet, asocial demeanor. He prefers logic over emotion, works cautiously and efficiently, and tends to come across as serious or detached without meaning to. Despite this, he cares deeply for his friends, especially Ana, and often takes on the role of mediator and protector. He is slightly below average height for a man, and has a slightly feminine face that could make it easy for him to pass as female with just a wig.
Amani is a short, slim, sporty, confident, dominant wildcard girl. If you think you know what she's going to do... you don't.
Nicolas (nickname Nico) is a tall, confident, playful mischief-maker that tends to get into harmless trouble just a little too often. He's really into calisthenics and health.
Analeigh (nickname Ana) is a tiny, frail, wisp of a girl that wears big round spectacles and hides her body under thick, oversized clothes. She's extremely shy and tends to latch onto at least one person in the friend group to keep safe, especially Anisha or Wes.
Also! Hunter, Anisha, and Ana all live in the mansion together, and Hunter is the CEO of an engineering company he succeeded from Ana's father, with Wes as the second-in-command, basically.
Relationships in the friend group:
Analeigh “Ana” Hill
Hunter — Ana sees Hunter as the safest person in the world. His size and intimidating aura should scare her, but instead they make her feel protected. Hunter is constantly careful around her, treating her like she’s made of glass, which Ana secretly finds sweet. She likes quietly existing near him, usually tucked into his side or hiding behind him when nervous.
Anisha — Ana is emotionally attached to Anisha more than anyone else in the group. Anisha mothers her constantly—holding her close, checking if she’s cold, making sure she’s eaten, fixing her hair or glasses without thinking about it. Ana becomes noticeably calmer and more playful around her.
Amani — Amani likes teasing Ana gently to pull her out of her shell. Ana gets flustered easily by her confidence and energy, but also admires how fearless and adaptable she is. Amani treats her carefully despite all the teasing.
Wes — Wes is basically Ana’s older brother emotionally. He’s one of the few people she’ll seek out on her own when stressed. He understands her quietness better than most people and instinctively notices small changes in her mood or behavior. Ana has had a secret crush on him for years, and does a better job of hiding this than anything else.
Nico — Nico treats Ana like a tiny gremlin he accidentally adopted. He loves making her laugh or startling little squeaks out of her with harmless antics. Despite his teasing, he’s surprisingly attentive to her comfort and safety.
Amani “Ani” Collins
Hunter — Amani respects Hunter immensely and finds his restraint more impressive than his strength. She likes poking at his stoic demeanor just to see him crack a smile. Hunter trusts her judgment and athletic instincts.
Anisha — Amani and Anisha balance each other well. Anisha softens Amani’s rougher edges, while Amani helps pull Anisha into more spontaneous fun. They have an easy physical closeness and often end up sharing space naturally.
Ana — Amani finds Ana adorable and fragile in a way that activates every protective instinct she has. She likes encouraging Ana to be bolder and more confident without overwhelming her.
Wes — Wes is probably the person Amani finds most interesting. Their relationship started with her teasing him relentlessly, only to realize there was far more intensity under his calm exterior than she expected. Since then, she’s developed a fascination with quiet, restrained people who need someone to draw confidence out of them. Wes, meanwhile, trusts her more than he admits. Amani had a secret crush on him even before she found out about his hidden intensity, not that she could ever admit it.
Nico — Amani and Nico are chaos partners. They train together constantly, challenge each other physically, and encourage each other’s bad ideas just enough to become a problem. Their personalities click almost effortlessly.
Anisha Woods
Hunter — Hunter and Anisha are inseparable emotionally. She’s one of the only people who can completely disarm him, and he’s one of the only people who makes her feel utterly safe. Their affection is obvious to everyone around them. Anisha adores how gentle he is beneath the intimidating exterior, while Hunter practically worships her.
Amani — Anisha acts like a stabilizing older sister for Amani while also appreciating how lively and resilient she is. Amani is one of the few people who can coax Anisha into being mischievous.
Ana — Anisha is deeply protective of Ana and constantly fusses over her comfort. She holds her close instinctively, checks whether she’s warm enough, and treats her with endless patience. Ana often gravitates toward her without even realizing it.
Wes — Anisha understands Wes better than most people because she notices how much emotion he hides beneath his detached demeanor. She trusts his judgment completely and often acts as the emotional bridge between him and the rest of the group.
Nico — Nico’s energy amuses Anisha endlessly. She’s one of the few people who can calm him down without actually stopping his fun. He, in turn, likes trying to make her laugh or break composure.
Hunter Pryce
Anisha — Hunter loves Anisha with almost frightening intensity, though it comes out through quiet devotion rather than dramatics. Around her, he becomes softer, calmer, and visibly gentler. He trusts her completely and unconsciously centers his life around her.
Amani — Hunter respects Amani’s resilience and confidence. He sees her as dependable under pressure and appreciates that she never seems intimidated by him.
Ana — Hunter treats Ana with extreme care because he’s constantly worried about accidentally hurting her. He’s careful even with simple touches, which ironically makes him come across even sweeter to her. He quietly watches over her like an oversized guard dog.
Wes — Wes is one of Hunter’s closest friends because they communicate similarly—quietly, logically, and without unnecessary drama. Hunter trusts Wes’s intelligence and judgment more than almost anyone else.
Nico — Hunter and Nico have an ongoing combat rivalry built on mutual respect. Hunter is overwhelming force and defense; Nico is speed, precision, and agility. Their sparring matches are legendary within the group and somehow always devolve into competitive trash talk.
Nicolas “Nico” Hallows
Hunter — Nico absolutely loves provoking Hunter into competition. Their rivalry is friendly but intense, with Nico constantly trying to prove that speed and technique can overcome brute force. Underneath the banter, he respects Hunter deeply.
Anisha — Nico likes trying to break Anisha’s calm composure just to hear her laugh harder than she means to. She keeps him grounded without killing his energy.
Ana — Nico treats Ana like an easily startled woodland creature. He enjoys teasing her into tiny reactions but is fiercely protective if anyone else pushes too far.
Amani — Amani is Nico’s favorite partner for physical challenges and reckless fun. The two feed off each other’s confidence and competitiveness naturally.
Wes — Nico enjoys bothering Wes because Wes reacts with the exhausted patience of someone managing a difficult cat. Still, Nico genuinely values Wes’s intelligence and often trusts him to keep the group from spiraling into chaos.
Wesley “Wes” Brown
Hunter — Wes and Hunter understand each other almost effortlessly. Neither speaks more than necessary, but there’s deep trust between them. Wes appreciates Hunter’s reliability, while Hunter values Wes’s analytical mind and calm under pressure.
Anisha — Wes sees Anisha as one of the emotional foundations of the group. She’s one of the few people who can reliably get him to relax, eat properly, or stop overworking himself.
Ana — Wes treats Ana like a precious younger sister. He’s quietly protective of her, often stepping in before she even realizes she needs help. Ana trusts him enough to stay close without feeling pressured to speak.
Amani — Amani is one of the few people who can genuinely destabilize Wes emotionally. Her confidence and teasing tend to drag reactions out of him that nobody else can manage. Despite himself, he’s unusually comfortable around her.
Nico — Wes finds Nico exhausting but entertaining in small doses. Nico constantly tries to drag him into chaos, while Wes acts like the unwilling strategist cleaning up afterward. Despite the complaints, Wes would trust Nico in a fight without hesitation.
Trivia:
Analeigh “Ana” Hill
Ana and Anisha met first as children because their families were close, and Ana immediately attached herself to Anisha like a baby duck imprinting on someone. Even as a kid, she would silently follow her around everywhere.
Ana used to accidentally walk into walls or people constantly before getting her glasses because she refused to admit how blind she actually was. Hunter figured it out before anyone else because she once walked directly into his chest and apologized to a coat rack afterward.
During thunderstorms as a child, Ana would hide under blankets with a flashlight and draw until she fell asleep. Anisha eventually started joining her during storms because she realized Ana was less scared if someone sat nearby quietly.
Ana squeaks loud enough when startled that the group can identify her location in a building from a single noise.
Hunter once carried Ana on one shoulder through an entire convention because she got overwhelmed by the crowd and was too exhausted to keep walking. She stayed up there for nearly three hours without complaining once.
Ana has an unconscious habit of grabbing onto sleeves, hoodies, or the backs of shirts when she feels unsafe. Most of the group learned not to point it out because she gets embarrassed immediately.
Amani “Ani” Collins
Amani developed her fascination with shy, restrained men after pushing Wes too far one day before his growth spurt fully finished. He calmly pinned her against a wall with enough force to completely shut her up, stared at her for a second, realized what he’d done, apologized immediately, and walked away. The incident permanently altered her brain chemistry.
Amani is one of the only people who can consistently get Wes visibly annoyed on purpose, mostly because she finds his rare reactions hilarious.
She and Nico once got banned from a university gym for climbing support beams during a bet about upper-body strength.
Amani was the first person in the group to realize Hunter was hopelessly in love with Anisha. According to her, “the man looked at her like she personally invented oxygen.”
She has a habit of sitting on countertops, tables, or railings instead of normal chairs, which makes Anisha nervous because Amani somehow always looks one inch away from falling.
Amani once convinced Ana to curse exactly one time after losing a difficult co-op game. The entire group reportedly went silent for several seconds afterward.
Anisha Woods
When the group was younger, Anisha unofficially became “the mom friend” because she was the only person consistently carrying snacks, bandages, chargers, medicine, and tissues everywhere.
Hunter punched a grizzly bear for Anisha before they were even dating. When Hunter was 10 years old during a camping trip with Anisha and Ana’s families, a grizzly burst out of the brush near the campsite. Hunter instinctively stepped in front of the girls and punched it in the face hard enough that it stood upright, collapsed backward, then immediately ran away into the woods. Anisha apparently decided right then that she was going to marry him someday.
Anisha is such a lightweight with alcohol that one sip too many makes her clingy, affectionate, and incapable of hiding how much she loves Hunter. The rest of the group finds this endlessly entertaining.
She learned to braid hair specifically because Ana used to struggle managing her curls by herself when they were younger.
Anisha once stayed awake for nearly two straight days helping Wes finish a major engineering project because she realized he’d forgotten to eat and sleep again.
Nico claims Anisha gives off “healing aura” energy because arguments tend to stop escalating once she enters the room.
Hunter Pryce
Hunter was terrifyingly strong even as a child. The grizzly incident became a legendary story among both families because nobody could explain how a 10-year-old managed to scare off a fully grown bear with a single punch.
Despite looking like the most dangerous person alive, Hunter has an absurdly gentle instinct around smaller people and animals. He once spent twenty minutes rescuing a moth from a car because Ana asked him not to hurt it.
Hunter and Nico’s first spar ended with three cracked concrete tiles, a shattered heavy bag mount, and both of them grinning like maniacs. They became friends almost immediately afterward.
Hunter’s intimidating presence was so extreme in high school that teachers occasionally asked him to stand near fights to stop them from happening. It worked disturbingly well.
He started learning advanced investigative and security skills because he hated the idea of failing to protect people he cared about.
Hunter is secretly terrible at refusing affection from Anisha. If she hugs him unexpectedly, his brain essentially stops functioning for several seconds. The opposite is also true of Anisha, and Hunter tends to get more dominant in bed because of how cute she is when he does.
Nicolas “Nico” Hallows
Nico once won a city-wide parkour competition despite arriving late, half-asleep, and eating convenience store food immediately beforehand.
He has a terrible habit of climbing things he absolutely should not climb. This includes rooftops, cranes, lecture hall structures, and once, a moving bus stop advertisement frame.
Nico and Hunter routinely destroy training equipment accidentally. They are banned from “going all out” indoors by mutual agreement.
Nico finally ended up figuring out Ana had a crush on fictional characters with glasses because she stared at Wes for an uncomfortable amount of time after he removed his spectacles one day. For someone like Ana, who usually avoids looking at people beyond a long glance, to stare so intently at Wes was basically a public confession by her standards. Ana is very glad Nico took that to mean she likes guys with glasses and not that she likes Wes himself (which she totally, definitely doesn't).
He once convinced Amani to race him across an abandoned construction site at night. Wes still refers to the event as “the reason I started carrying aspirin.”
Nico genuinely enjoys provoking Wes because he finds the contrast between Wes’s exhausted expression and razor-sharp intelligence funny.
Wesley “Wes” Brown
Wes graduated through multiple levels of education early, but his emotional development lagged behind his intelligence for years. He became noticeably more grounded after joining the friend group.
Before his growth spurt finished, Wes looked so androgynous that strangers regularly mistook him for a girl. Nico still occasionally brings this up specifically to annoy him.
Wes developed the habit of staying outwardly calm because people reacted badly whenever he showed frustration or intensity as a child.
The incident where he pinned Amani against a wall genuinely shocked him more than it shocked her. He spent the next several days avoiding eye contact because he thought he’d crossed a line.
Wes and Hunter became close after discovering they could sit in silence for hours without it becoming awkward.
Ana once fell asleep on Wes while studying, and he stayed completely motionless for nearly four hours because he didn’t want to wake her.
Wes has an uncanny ability to predict group disasters before they happen. Unfortunately, Nico and Amani treat this less like a warning and more like a challenge.
