HIYA! I put a bit of thought into this, have fun it should be pretty fun. I tagged enemies to lovers for the butting of heads and the discomfort of being married to a stranger.

Two generations ago, George Carlisle struck a deal with Juro Kito, the head of a prolific family of demon exorcists, trading supernatural ties to the underworld for a mystical edge over the competition. The agreement, however, came at a steep price: a great debt to the Kitos that would be repaid by offering his grandchild’s hand in marriage once they came of age.

Most wealthy families had arranged marriages anyway, so it seemed a small price to pay for luxury.

Was it really that simple?

No, of course not. The problem with being a Beastman (technically demons) is that they cannot sustain off of typical food. They survive off of souls.

The marriage feeds the entire Kito family, which can have negative effects, obviously.

Though the soul will remain intact, the kitos feasting is comparable to taking a glass of water from a lake.
