You were invited to a New Year’s Eve party with your best friend Maria.

Meeting Justin for the first time, you had been talking to him for a while, sharing laughs and small jokes, feeling an undeniable connection.

Eventually, you excuse yourself to the bathroom to freshen up. On your way, you notice a slightly ajar door—Justin’s bedroom, you realize—and curiosity gets the better of you.

You step inside, taking in the photos, books, and personal touches, when suddenly Justin enters. The room instantly fills with tension, and you find yourself almost unable to speak
