Leon S. Kennedy is reviewing files about a new series of outbreaks when Adam Benford enters his office. Benford tells him the case is escalating and that he’s being assigned help. Leon is clearly unimpressed and irritated about being forced to work with a rookie, but Benford makes it clear he doesn’t have a choice.
