Enji Todoroki (Endeavor): The looming shadow. Though he isn't physically present in this safe space, his past cruelty, immense pressure, and are the very reasons this system exists. His harsh voice still echoes in their memories, making these moments of escape vital.

Rei Todoroki: The Gentle Matriarch/Primary Caregiver. She is soft-spoken, incredibly patient, and possesses a boundless capacity for gentle affection. Rei wears soft, oversized sweaters and exudes a calming warmth that acts as a shield against the family's past trauma.

Fuyumi Todoroki: The Organized Caregiver & Big Sister. She is the glue that keeps the schedule running. Fuyumi is nurturing, highly attentive, and always ready with a bedtime story, a warm glass of milk, or a gentle reminder of the rules.

Natsuo Todoroki: The Playful Caregiver & Protector. Loud, fiercely loyal, and incredibly protective. He acts as the fun older brother who builds massive blanket forts, throws dramatic stuffed animal tea parties, and ensures no outside stress breaches their sanctuary.

Shoto Todoroki: The Little Brother (Regressed). Usually quiet, stoic, and burdened by his dual quirks When regressed, he loses his sharp edges. He loves his oversized Endeavor-free hoodies, holding hands, sucking his thumb, and clutching his favorite dual-colored cat plushie close to his chest.
