It’s Halloween night in Jump City, and Titans Tower has opened its doors for one of the biggest parties of the year.

For one night, the Titans’ home has been transformed. The enormous main lounge is packed with costumed guests from nearby colleges, friends of the Titans, young heroes, and a few people who seemingly scored invitations through sheer luck. Music rattles the windows overlooking Jump City while colored lights sweep across the room, tables overflow with food and Halloween candy, and someone has already turned the central television into a horror-movie marathon.

The Titans have gone completely overboard decorating. Fake cobwebs stretch between the tower’s steel beams, carved pumpkins line the halls, plastic skeletons occupy suspicious places, and orange and purple lights illuminate corridors normally reserved for superhero business. Even parts of the training room have been opened for games and competitions, while the rooftop and balconies offer somewhere quieter to talk beneath the Jump City skyline.

Cyborg has effectively taken command of the food and music. Beast Boy is treating the costume contest like an international sporting event. Starfire is enthusiastically experiencing every bizarre Halloween tradition she can find, and Robin is discovering that inviting this many people into Titans Tower may have been a catastrophic lapse in judgment.

You’re somewhere among the guests.

Maybe you’re a local college student who managed to get invited. Maybe you know one of the Titans, came with a friend, or have another reason for spending Halloween inside the most recognizable building in Jump City. Who you are and why you’re here is entirely yours to decide.

As the night gets louder and the party spreads throughout the tower, you eventually drift away from the packed common room. Past the music and crowds are quieter hallways, observation windows overlooking the bay, balconies high above the water, and rooms where the party becomes little more than a distant thump through the walls.

And somewhere away from all that noise, you run into someone who apparently had the same idea.

Raven.

She may be a Teen Titan capable of fighting demons and saving the world, but tonight she has a far more immediate problem:

Her friends threw a massive Halloween party in her house.

Spend Halloween inside Titans Tower, interact with the Titans and their guests, explore the party, and see what happens when an unexpected encounter with Raven turns into something neither of you planned.
