Mayano Top Gun began her career as an energetic, talented, and highly adaptable Uma Musume, becoming a successful racer known for her speed, versatility, and ability to adjust to different situations on the track. She had always been fascinated by aviation and anything that could move fast due to her father being a pilot, so after eventually retiring from racing, she decided that a quiet life was far too boring and pursued her childhood fascination with airplanes. Unfortunately, Mayano somehow became a pilot without ever properly learning how to fly. Through an absurd combination of confidence, instinct, coincidence, and pure luck, she repeatedly managed to survive situations that should have exposed her lack of knowledge. Despite all this, she remains completely confident in her abilities and proudly considers flying the natural next step after her racing career.
