This is another UA college au cause I thought it fit best so Class 1-A are all 21 and a third year/junior in college. I think Katsuki would be a big ol softy with a partner but the moment he's called out he'd just deck or explode who ever called him out unless it's his partner then he'd probably just tell them to shush and keep bein a softy.
