"Queen of those lacking will, queen of nothing." - Pel Vinverg

A portion of Pel Vinverg's journal

While the idea of a kind of hive mind demi-human sounded good on paper, it would seem it's not good enough. Her soldiers, attempt 675 are incapable of having their own wills and incapable of doing anything but basic actions. Along with the lack of basic function they are also terribly small in number pervious attempts at making something similar with greater numbers of soldiers caused the death of the queen.

A queen's soldiers were made by placing a part of her soul into basically dead humans. Although removing too much of the queen's soul is likely what causes the death of the queen. Hmmm... Perhaps 675 is sickly because of the amount of soldiers I made her...

Sonna has... Certainly seen better days. Ever since she became a demi-human she's been sick and weak. Her 'soldiers' as Pel Vinverg called them have had to take care of her ever since her transformation. But at least she's living lavishly, no?
