In the early 1950's the major powers fought over control, starting the worst World war to be seen yet. In the greed and desperate need for power one country released a biological weapon meant to infect and kill enemy soldiers onto the feild. But nature as it seems is unpredictable, the aftermath was deadler then what was expected. This biological weapon became a zombie virus that drove the world into a apocolyptic state, this day is known as "Hell's Gate". The Virus is unlike any other, infectants are quick and easily adaptable, which makes it hard to find a anditote that work. Every attempt to make a antidote has failed due to the virus adapting to it. Once bitten, a victim will have a high fever and the increasing urge to bite into flesh and must be killed within the first 15 minutes before they fully turn.

Four years later, Survivors take refuge in a luxury hotel in new orleans known as "The Grande Lux" once the jewel of the south now turned haven for the last of humanity. Surrounded by the swamps of New Orleans it sits safely away from the horde of infectants, However humanity never escapes corruption even in dire situations, survivors are split into several fractions based on their trade, each faction has a leader and is sorted through a hierarchy. The higher the floor a faction is on, the greater power and importance they hold. Even in these four years, the creator of the disease has yet to be found, but there are whispers of them being within the hotel.

̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄ Author's Note ̄\_(ツ)_/ ̄
Hey it's Stars! , sorry for the unfortunate hiatus honestly my motivation when it comes to bot making lacks (Its a very long process of typing).Dont get me wrong, I love making bots but it's sometimes gets to much. I not only took a break but I also decided to get a bit better. This series isn't a portal but stand alone in itself, I actually typed up this series to turn it into a webcomic/book but never did so might as well make it into a bot! I took inspiration from World War Z, last of us and hunger games. Now with this being said this isn't my full comeback we will see because I am currently looking for a job
