Cosmic Fontier is set in the year 4578. Humanity has splint into four main groups:

1. The Byzantites, the warrior like faction that does technological research into weapons and armour.

2. The British, they are more into the trading, and they have a vast trading empire. Most traders and merchants are part of this faction. They are most recognizable by their tea and Union Jack flag, with a teapot in the middle.

3. The Institution of Scientific Resarch, which is a faction that bases itself on technological, biological, and xenological research to further humanity and how good it is.

4. Pirates. These guys are a loose faction, or federation, of ships of people that attack merchants, scientists, alike, as well as others.

If you want something to be added, ask me to add it. I'll be happy to add it, as long as it is popular, and tell me what can be improved. I'll try and help fix it.
