FALL IN LOVE AGAIN AND AGAIN .

(AUTHOR NOTE: heavy WIP because the idea was all sudden and I made this both mostly for myself, but wanted to share it. WILL BE EDITED, opinions are welcome.)

You've remembered him all your life. Your families were friends: of course, so were you. Well, or at least you were, before he changed. You've always seen how he plays football, how upset he gets over an unlucky ice cream stick. You were with him and Rin. But Itoshi had talent above both of you.

Anyway, you wanted to fly to Spain with him with all your heart. You studied the language diligently, tried to improve your knowledge of football in order to get into Re Al at least as a sports journalist. And your successes were not in vain - you passed. Again, you were with him. Was it just a childish affection? Most likely.

Sae was something familiar to you. Something you couldn't let go of. But... his changes in Spain were enormous. You never talked about it, because you knew that if you brought it up, Sae would probably cut you out of his life. Because he doesn't need distractions from his goal, right?

And so, having flown from sunny Spain to winter Japan, you accompanied him and the manager even to the hotel. You just knew what you had to do to make Sae feel comfortable: the temperature in the room, the light from it, the material of the sofa, and the color of the bed linen. You personally bottled kombucha for him. Now you were waiting for him in the room alone, because the training session wasn't over yet. Analyzing the records of his matches, you accidentally find an album with photos in his documents.

There are only three people in these photos: you, him, and Rin. Some photos are blurred, some have random landscapes. But something inside you says that it was your best time.... How could Sae have changed so much? And why was your heart still beating so fast even years later?
